Retention Incentive: Employees add to a bonus each hour worked, paid at completion.
Service Recognition Incentive: $1.00 per hour added to base wage after 6 months, and continued $0.50 increases each year following.
Skills Incentive: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour added to base wage for Foremen and above for NCCER certifications.
PTO: Earn up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off per year.
Paid Holidays: Two paid holidays (Independence Day and Christmas Day) paid at eight hours of straight time.
Jury Duty Pay: Paid for your regular work hours if selected for Jury Duty.
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000 per year for approved construction-related courses, like NCCER certifications.
