Retention Bonus: $1.00 - $3.00 per hour worked bonus paid out at Reduction of Force.
Experience Incentive: $1.00 per hour added to base wage after 12 months.
Skills Incentive: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour added to base wage for Foremen and above for NCCER certifications.
PTO: Earn up to 40 hours of Paid Time Off per year., starting January 1, 2025.
Paid Holidays: Two paid holidays (Independence Day and Christmas Day) paid at eight hours of straight time.
Jury Duty Pay: Paid for your regular work hours if selected for Jury Duty.
Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000 per year for approved construction-related courses, like NCCER certifications.
